30 challenge Part 1

-I set my self the challenge to create at least 30 faces in 2024, to increase my speed and quality, initially i had the rule that it had to be done withing a few hours, but i let that go quick, i also started using Xgen for hair to get a better grasp at that, while i was at it.
Clothes where all done quick and dirty, so i could move on quick to another face, the focus of this exercise
Most of these are not great, so i hope by head 30 to be a lot better
